THREE STEP Recovery Program

Service Description

My clients are people who are suffering deeply from depression, anxiety, digestive issues, chronic back pain, parasite infestation, vaccine injury, trauma and grief. I take a holistic approach and include the mind, body and spirit in my programs. STEP ONE: A consultation includes an iridology analysis and full intake requiring 120 minutes of your time. STEP TWO: You will receive a full 90 day program which includes a daily meditation and yoga practice designed to meet you where you are at in your recovery, dietary herbal recommendations and recipes. STEP THREE: We will have weekly follow up appointments. Support and guidance, reassessment if needed and Q&A time. Write your questions down to make the most of your time. This program is for those who have tried everything else. Note: Detoxing is REQUIRED and is the ONLY way to find true healing. You have a choice to detox slowly and gently or as aggressively as you can handle. Guidance is provided along every step of the way. And yes, I have done this myself! Payment options are available.
