About the event

Whether its been 5 days, 5 months or 15 years, this group is a dynamic and interactive way to grieve and celebrate the life of your loved one. Through Art and Group Therapy, we will discuss, experience and learn coping skills and new perspectives to enable you to move through the stages of your personal grief journey.

Explore Acceptance Therapy by learning to develop healthy patterns and recognizing your feelings of guilt, avoidance and escapism.

Dive into a deeper connection with your Higher Self through Guided Imagery and Deep Relaxation. Find the truth and meaning of your life and why you believe you are here.

Talk through your feelings of hopelessness and sadness with others who are going through the very same thing. Understand that you are not alone.

Learn to observe and recognize yourself experiencing different situations and difficulties; then find new ways to overcome those difficulties.

Learn about herbal remedies to help you sleep better, relax more, ease digestion, quiet those butterflies, soothe your aching stomach, calm your beating heart and find a renewed clarity and focus. Herbal medicine that doesnt have side effects!

And don't forget that you have something to offer, no matter what stage of grief you are in.

Monthly meetings with a special Half Day Retreat after 6 months to celebrate your journey! Space is limited to keep the group small and personal. You will be contacted once the group is fully reserved with details of dates.
